Situated in the up and coming West Oakland neighborhood, close to freeway, emeryville shopping and hip downtown Oakland, this newly refurbished home has everything you need for a home base for your vacation or work trip. Easy access to San Francisco via freeway or BART.

The property is fenced and has parking spaces for 2 cars off street.
The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One is a master suite and the other bedroom is just off the main bathroom and kitchen.

About the space

Newly refurbished with all new paint, floors, appliances and fixtures but retaining the original architecture for an authentic Oakland vibe.

Up the main stairs, through the front door is a foyer. On the left is a living room. Next is the large open concept dining room/kitchen with an eat at island. Just off the kitchen is the first bedroom and the main bathroom.
Beyond that off the back of the kitchen is the 2nd bedroom with a en suite bathroom.
If you go down the right side of the house to the back garden you’ll find a nice sitting area in front of the back cottage. There may be other guests in the back cottage who will be sharing the garden. Please be considerate of them.

Access

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire 2br/2ba house along and shared access to the back garden.

The main house has an electronic lock you’ll use to access and secure the home.

Both off-street parking spaces are for your use.

This house is very close to the freeway on-ramp with direct access to San Francisco. The West Oakland BART station is not far as another option to quickly get to San Francisco or around the bay. AC Transit busses will take you to downtown Oakland, or elsewhere nearby.
