The property is fenced and has a gate with an electronic lock.
In the center of the property is a house with 3 levels. You’ll be staying on the top level which means climbing a lot of stairs. There is one large flight of stairs form the ground level to the entry door. Once inside the door, there’s a long flight of stairs up to the flat. Once up in the flat, everything is on one level .
The front of the unit has an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. It’s furnished and laid out to have distinct dining area and living area. A sofa faces the UHD TV and is equipped with a sonos sound system.
The dining table has 4 charis, but there is a sitting area behind the sofa with 2 chairs which can be used as a 5th and 6th dining chair if you have a group of more than 4 people dining together.
The shared bathroom is at the top of the stairs next to the washer/dryer. Down the hall are the 3 bedroom. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway on the left side. It’s a large room with a walk in closet and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.
The shared bathroom features a shower over tub.
