You'll have exclusive access to the entire 3br/2ba top floor flat..

The property is gated with an electronic lock. There is also an electronic lock on the main door to the flat.

There is NO parking provided. There is often ample street parking nearby, but we recommend not bringing a car if you can avoid it. Bart is walkable and provides a fast route to Downtown San Francisco--often much faster than driving)

Space

The property is fenced and has a gate with an electronic lock.
In the center of the property is a house with 3 levels. You'll be staying on the top level which means climbing a lot of stairs. There is one large flight of stairs form the ground level to the entry door. Once inside the door, there's a long flight of stairs up to the flat. Once up in the flat, everything is on one level .

The front of the unit has an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. It's furnished and laid out to have distinct dining area and living area. A sofa faces the UHD TV and is equipped with a sonos sound system.

The dining table has 4 charis, but there is a sitting area behind the sofa with 2 chairs which can be used as a 5th and 6th dining chair if you have a group of more than 4 people dining together.

The shared bathroom is at the top of the stairs next to the washer/dryer. Down the hall are the 3 bedroom. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway on the left side. It's a large room with a walk in closet and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The shared bathroom features a shower over tub.

Transit

This house is very close to the freeway on-ramp with direct access to San Francisco. The West Oakland BART station is not far as another option to quickly get to San Francisco or around the bay. AC Transit busses will take you to downtown Oakland, or elsewhere nearby.
