Bi-level modern condo, in a charming 1935 building, faces a gorgeous back yard botanical garden. Relax with a cold drink and a book amongst the beautiful foliage, or fire up the BBQ (BYO charcoal) for a casual summer dinner with friends or family.
Downstairs, you’ll find the entrance to the garden area, two bedrooms with a generous work space, and full bathroom (separate shower and soaking tub). The two bedrooms and work space are separated by clear glass sliding doors with drapes which provides an engaging space.
The bedroom with the garden entrance has one single-size bed with one single-size trundle bed (good for two kids or medium sized adults in this bedroom, not suitable for tall/big adults), clothes rack and TV. The second bedroom has one king-size bed, clothes rack and TV. The work space has three laptop working desks.
Upstairs, you’ll find the living/dining area with dining table seating six, kitchen and a half bath.
Open living area has two couches with two ottomans and TV.
Kitchen includes all basic appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, oven toaster, blender, coffee makers, rice cooker and microwave. Also included are pans, dishes, cups, silverware, etc.
Assigned garage parking spot may be available for a standard size or smaller vehicle. Please let us know if you wish to use the parking space.
A dog lives here with us when we are not short-term renting, so if you have a dog allergy or you are sensitive to the scent, this is not a good place for you. And, while we love animals, no pets are allowed during short-term rentals due to HOA rules.
