About the space

A large bedroom facing the backyard. Your room has a comfortable queen size bed with a couch, ottomon, a desk, chair and two night stands. This room has direct access to the 2nd shared full bathroom, with a standing shower, toilet and a sink. Please note this bathroom is shared by other guests and this room will be available on the guests stying at that particular time. Please make sure you unlock the door to the main house so others can use the bathroom when you’re not using it.

Access

You have full and private access to a large bedroom facing Page Street. This is a shared home so it is likely that you will interact with other guests. Your hosts (Ashir and his wife–and our lovable Golden Retriever Charlie) have a separate, private living space within the unit. So although they will spend much of our time in our own living area, the will be around from time to time in case you need any travel tips or have any questions or requirements.

At the end of the hall, there is a fully stocked chef’s kitchen in case you wanted to make a cup of coffee with the Keurig or cook up a meal.
We have one full bathroom and another 1.5 bathroom.

Feel free to lounge around the dining table at the end of the kitchen area, or use the back steps to go down to the garden (please note that during fall there are a lot of dry leaves and twigs on the turf) in the back where you can relax among the flowers and trees.

The laundry machine is at the back of the kitchen exit leading to the backyard. If you need to to use it for small load, please let us know. If you have a bigger load you can go to the laundromat on Waller St and Cole which is a few blocks away.

Please note that there is a $30 fee for extra guest including children

During your stay

This is a shared home, so although you’ll have full privacy in your bedroom, it’s likely you’ll interact with other guests, and occasionally with Ashir, his wife and their friendly Golden Retriever.

Other Things to Note
